About FundKey

Who they are, in plain terms.

FundKey is the brand name used by Fundkey Holdings Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore and led by Founder & CEO John Bennett. The company describes itself as an AI-powered wealth intelligence platform: software and research teams that use artificial intelligence to analyze financial markets and package that intelligence into investment products for a global community.

The Company

What the business actually does

In one sentence: FundKey builds AI systems that watch global markets, then offers members packaged access to those strategies in exchange for a capital commitment.

Members deposit funds, choose a package, and receive a small daily reward (called a daily ROI). Members can also introduce new participants and earn a commission when those introductions activate a package.

The company positions itself as a bridge between institutional trading technology and everyday retail investors, and operates through a community-driven distribution model rather than traditional advertising.

Section 02
AI Research & Market Intelligence

How the AI platform works.

Think of FundKey's platform as an around-the-clock research desk staffed by software. It ingests market data continuously and scores conditions across seven areas. Those scores feed the trading strategies that generate the daily returns members receive.

01

Market Trend Detection

Identifies the overall direction of a market so strategies can position with it, not against it.

02

Liquidity Analysis

Measures how easily assets can be bought or sold without moving the price, avoiding trades that get stuck.

03

Opportunity Identification

Scans thousands of instruments for setups that match the strategy's rules.

04

Predictive Modeling

Estimates the probability of specific price movements over defined time windows.

05

Risk Assessment

Monitors exposure, volatility, and drawdown so a losing trade can't sink the portfolio.

06

Portfolio Optimization

Chooses position sizes and weights that maximize expected return for a given risk budget.

07

Diversified Allocation

Spreads capital across uncorrelated assets so one bad market does not decide the outcome.

08

24/7 Automation

Runs continuously without emotion, executing rules-based decisions on a schedule the AI defines.

Section 03
Participation Options

The six capital packages.

A package is the entry ticket. It sets three things at once: how much capital you commit, the daily reward rate applied to that capital, and the commission percentage paid to whoever introduced you. Larger packages carry larger daily rates and larger direct-referral percentages. Every package is capped at a maximum total reward payout.

Daily ROI

A small percentage of the package amount is credited each day. Example: a $1,000 Silver package at 0.7% earns roughly $7 per day until the package reaches its 270% maximum reward cap.

Maximum Reward

Every package is capped. Once total rewards paid equal the package's maximum (250%–300% depending on tier), payments on that package stop.

Direct Referral

A one-time commission paid to the introducing member when a new participant activates a package. The rate is set by the new member's package tier, not by the referrer's rank.

Section 04
Leadership Performance Reward

The 12-tier rank ladder.

Everyone starts as a Beginner. As the total volume of business generated by your team grows, you advance through KEY-1 up to KEY-12. Each rank unlocks two things: a larger percentage share of the daily rewards flowing up through your team, and a one-time cash bonus paid when you first qualify.

Reward Percentage

How much of the daily reward you receive

Every package generates a daily return. That return is distributed upward through the network. The higher your rank, the larger the percentage you can claim. A KEY-1 unlocks 20%. KEY-12 unlocks 100%. The Beginner floor is 10%.

Rank Bonus

A one-time payment for each new rank

On top of the percentage share, the first time you hit a new rank you receive a lump-sum bonus. It starts at $100 for KEY-1 and increases at every tier, reaching $50,000 at KEY-12.

Section 05
Reward Calculation

Differential rewards, step by step.

This is the part that looks complicated but is actually simple. When a package pays out its daily reward, the money moves up the chain of members above it. Each level in the chain gets only the difference between their rank percentage and the rank percentage of the person directly below them. Nobody gets paid twice for the same slice.

Worked example

A package pays 0.5% today. The chain of members above it looks like this, from bottom to top: Beginner (10%), KEY-1 (20%), KEY-2 (25%), KEY-3 (30%). Each upline receives only the differential slice between their rank and the one below.

Beginner
Rank 10%
Gets 10%
First slice, floor rate
KEY-1
Rank 20%
Gets 10%
20% − 10% differential
KEY-2
Rank 25%
Gets 5%
25% − 20% differential
KEY-3
Rank 30%
Gets 5%
30% − 25% differential

Total distributed: 30% of the daily reward — matches the highest rank in the chain. Nothing is duplicated.

Why It Matters

Higher rank = larger slice

The differential model rewards people who build the largest and deepest teams, because they end up sitting above the most packages. Two things drive earnings under this model:

  • 1.The number of active packages beneath you (volume).
  • 2.Your own rank versus the ranks of members below you (the differential you keep).
Section 06
Community Expansion

Direct referral commissions.

Separate from the rank system, there is a straightforward one-time commission every time someone you personally introduce activates a package. The percentage is decided by the package they choose, from 5% at Starter up to 10% at Elite.

Vision 2030

Where FundKey says it's going.

The company has published four strategic goals for the end of the decade. Together they describe a global, AI-first financial platform with retail scale, institutional tooling, and a physical footprint across Asia and the Middle East.

01

3 Million+ Global Members

Build one of the world's largest AI-powered investment communities, connecting more than three million participants through shared technology and network growth.

02

$10 Billion Valuation

Grow FundKey into a globally recognized financial-technology company with a $10B enterprise valuation by 2030.

03

Institutional Tech for Retail

Bring the AI trading and analytics tools normally reserved for institutions to individual investors, via their own brokerage and exchange accounts.

04

Section 08
Important Guidelines

The operating rules.

Every ecosystem has ground rules. These are the deposit, withdrawal, and early-closure terms that govern how money moves in and out of the platform. Understanding them upfront prevents avoidable losses.

Funds Deposit

Deposits are accepted only in USDT on the BEP20 or TRC20 networks. Minimum deposit is $10. Any other asset sent to a deposit address cannot be recovered.

Funds Withdrawal

Instant withdrawals in USDT (BEP20). Minimum withdrawal $10. A 2% fee is deducted from the withdrawal amount at the time it's processed.

×

Foreclosure (Early Exit)

Members may close a package before its cap is reached. A 10% foreclosure fee applies, and any profit already paid out is subtracted from the return.

Foreclosure Formula
Foreclosure Amount = Package Amount − Foreclosure Fee (10%) − Generated Profit

Independent Risk Note

What to weigh before participating.

This page is an educational breakdown of FundKey's publicly circulated business plan. A compensation structure that combines daily payouts with recruitment-linked rank bonuses shares characteristics with multi-level marketing models, which regulators in many jurisdictions treat with additional scrutiny. Consider the following before allocating capital:

  • Advertised daily ROI figures are not guaranteed. Market strategies can lose money, and past performance is not a promise of future returns.
  • Compensation systems materially dependent on new member deposits carry structural risk if new deposits slow.
  • Foreclosure penalties and withdrawal fees reduce the effective return on capital, especially on early exits.
  • Consult a licensed financial advisor and only participate with capital you are prepared to lose in full.
